HANNAH (assistante anglaise, 2000-2001)

Rose Pecos is an Indian woman who is shared between two civilizations : she has been educated in the white city of Albuquerque, but is engaged to an Arapaho and her parents and relatives still live in the Indian village of Jemez Pueblo. Whenever she moves from one world to another, she experiences a culture shock. Yet she refuses to choose, preferring to adapt to each culture in turn.
